We will schedule a 30 minute virtual consultation after receiving your submission form. During this consultation we will get to know each other, your vision for the event, your budget, and your projected timeline. After this consultation you will have the ability to chat with us via phone, text, or email for any additional needs or event changes. 

With your vision in mind, we take the stress of composing your event out of your hands. We will establish venue logistics, create a design plan with optimal color theory, quote and hire vendors, and create a run of show to ensure your event runs smoothly. The Untliyaz team will conduct regular check-in calls with you to give status updates and reassure you that everything is being handled in a timely manner. On the day of the event our team will facilitate day-of coordination, including vendor arrival, set-up, execution, and a timely tear down.

Sometimes you don’t need full event planning, but just help with your event the day of. For our DIY clients, we offer Day-of Coordination services to ensure your plan is executed flawlessly. We do require timeline, vendor contact info, and a venue walkthrough before the day of your event in order to brief and book our team in a timely manner. For Weddings and other ceremonies we do require a rehearsal at least 24 hours prior to the event. 

Your planner will do a physical walkthrough of the venue to assess the space, locate necessary outlets, and otherwise ensure the optimal flow and setup of the event. You can also attend this walkthrough if you would like to add your valuable thoughts to the process, but this is not required. We will schedule a virtual meeting after the walkthrough to chat about what we found, logistic requirements to keep in mind, and ideas to make your event special.
